1. About Datamode
Datamode sells mobile data bundles for Ghanaian networks (including MTN, Telecel, Vodafone and AirtelTigo) through this website. No account or registration is required; every purchase is a guest checkout.
2. Ordering
Select a network, choose a bundle, enter the recipient phone number that should receive the data, and complete payment. Bundle names, sizes and prices shown at checkout are as listed on the site at the time of purchase.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Flutterwave. Customers paying from Ghana pay in Ghana Cedis (GHS) with Mobile Money; customers paying from Nigeria pay in Naira (NGN) by bank transfer. An order is only confirmed after our system verifies the payment with the payment provider. A browser message alone does not confirm payment — always check your order status page.
4. Delivery
Paid orders are processed by our team and data is sent to the recipient number on the order. Most orders are delivered within 30 minutes, and all paid orders are attended to within 24 hours. Delivery times may be longer during network outages or scheduled maintenance.
5. Your responsibilities
Check the recipient number carefully before paying. Data sent to a wrong number supplied by the customer cannot be recovered and is not refundable. Do not pay twice for the same order while a payment is still being confirmed; use your order reference to track progress or contact support.
6. Prices and availability
Prices are displayed per bundle in GHS, with NGN prices shown where available. We may change prices or disable bundles at any time; confirmed paid orders are always honoured at the price paid.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Unpaid orders expire automatically. Paid orders that we cannot deliver are refunded in line with our Refund Policy. Successfully delivered bundles are not refundable.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to interfere with payments or orders, or use the reseller API in breach of its terms. We may decline or cancel orders suspected of fraud.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by mobile networks, banks or payment providers.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms at any time; the version on this page applies to new orders. Questions: contact us using the support details on this website. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
